When looking at the 2026 Mustang, there’s a ton of new changes. Some of the major ones that you can look for are the FX appearance package on the GT Premium trims. This package is a callback to the third generation Fox-Body Mustang, bringing some vintage style to the modern era.
If you find a model that is equipped with the performance package, then you may be treated to Oxford White wheels, like the ones that were found on the old Cobra.
The 2026 Ford Mustang starts at $32,230 with the EcoBoost FastBack. It moves up to $69,075 with the Dark Horse Premium trim.
When looking at the 2026 Mustang lineup, there’s 6 trims to pick from. The starting trim is the EcoBoost Fastback, and while it doesn’t have the most features, it does get your foot in the door, coming with track apps, as well as Ford Co-Pilot360. The next in the EcoBoost line is the Premium Fastback, and this one has a starting price of $36,345. This one comes with a nine speaker sound system with an amplifier, a heated steering wheel, and a panoramic curved display.
Moving on to the GT line, there’s the Fastback starting at $46,560. This one comes with a beefier 5.0L V8, able to produce 486 horsepower, and 418 lb-ft of torque. Being that this is more performance oriented trim, it comes with a 6-speed manual transmission that comes with rev matching.
The next trim is the GT Premium Fastback, and it comes with a starting price of $51,080. This comes with the same specs, and mechanics as the Fastback, but this outfits the vehicle with 19-inch shadow silver painted-aluminum wheels. To help make this one more comfortable, it comes with ActiveX seating materials, making it look good in the process.
The last lineup is the Dark Horse line, and this is for those who want the most from their Mustang. The base Dark Horse has a starting price of $64,080, and comes with even more power than the 5.0L V8. This modified “Coyote” engine comes with 500 horsepower, giving it even more acceleration. To help maintain control, it comes with massive 19-inch wheels, and Brembo brakes.
The Dark Horse Premium is for those who want the absolute best. While it comes with the same engine as the Dark Horse, it comes with more creature comforts for a price of $69,075. When in the driver seat, you can enjoy heated, and ventilated seats that your passenger also has access to.
